Itching happens at first, my friend.
For that  wet your hair from time to time. Don’t let your scalp stay too dry. Right now it looks very healthy and clean.

Clinic told me not to spray water or wet your scalp at all , as water is not pure and it might cause bacteria on your skin , specially where are wounds.
i live in cold country , so skin gets to dry , but i do daily foam, shampoo and wash with clean water , so i think that would work at the movement.

Hello, we are following your hair transplant process, and so far, it’s going well and smoothly without any issues. You are also keeping up with regular hair washing, as far as I can see. You’re close to shedding the scabs; once they come off, please do share updates. The hair direction looks great to me as well, and we’ll see it more clearly after the scabs are gone. I hope everything goes wonderfully for you.

• Experienced stomach pain due to taking medication for 7 days post-surgery, but the pain has subsided after 10 days
• Requesting all members and experts to review latest pictures to assess progress

Do i need to take medication , as i. was just taking Omeega 3 , before the transplant.

Any of these ?
Minoxidil (Rogaine): A topical solution that stimulates hair growth and slows down hair loss.
Finasteride (Propecia): An oral medication that slows down hair loss and promotes hair growth.

How to protect these transplant hairs in harsh winter , as weather is dry and cold.

Your hair transplant recovery looks great! It seems that the scabs in the transplanted area have come off healthily. The hair direction looks very good, and overall, things are looking quite positive. The appearance is beautiful!

Are you using finasteride?

@ Hintell ... Thank you for the reply ... I have never used any medicine for hairs before , i have not used any spray or liquid for hairs before .

i will start using medicine once approved by you and clinic.

the only thing , that i dont understand is that are flaking/dryness before the hair line.
Skin before the hair line seems damaged or drying up very quickly.

It would be beneficial to use finasteride and minoxidil, but you don’t have to. You can still achieve good results from your hair transplant without using them. For dryness on the scalp, it would be good to use a shampoo containing ketoconazole. If you have seborrheic dermatitis, you may experience dryness and flaking in the winter due to the cold. The best solution for this would be to use a ketoconazole shampoo.

Vichy anti-dandruff is a helpful shampoo for seborrheic dermatitis, but it’s not extremely effective, my friend. It generally works for mild cases. If you don’t see benefits after using it, you might want to try Loprox shampoo.
