what to choose?
transplant by esma and serkan or transplant by technicians at ahd clinic?
I need about 2000 grafts in front line (hairline)
the techniqe is DHI, price is same..
what do You think who is better?

Of course I prefer Hakan Doganay. Esma serkan  aren’t doctors nor nurse, medic, they used to work for Hakan Doganay in the past.

Where are you from? You sound like you are from Balkans or east Europe.

Anyway I've seen your photo. You have some receding on temples but rest looks fine. You dont really need HT at all.  I mean at least it's not urgent yet.

So just have some patience, wait for another year and save money for Dr. Hakan Doğanay.

I would like to do it as soon as possible
I am not suffering from hairloss, my hair is stabile now.. no any falling..  I am 29, so I believe that it is the time for transplant
i would like to full the temples.. i believe that i need 1500-2000 grafts to realize high density in hairline
so i do not know is it smart to go with esma and serkan or technicians at doganay's clinic..
i would be satisfied with 80 percent of hair grow..
i saw some good results from esma and serkan on this page..but it is hard to decide what to choose

You want DHI for faster recovery but you have to know that 'dense packer' doctors usually work with lateral slit technique. I'm not sure if DHI is a good idea for temple densening.

which doctors are performing this techniqe?
I heard only about emrah cinik that is performing this method of transplant
but it takes so much time to recover.. about 3 months or even more there is redness on scalp

and for hakan doganay.. i saw some results.. and there are many unsuccessful results

Unfortunately he doesn't accept Turkish patients so you won't find many results of his work in these forums. But there must be plenty to come up if you google him up. I think he charges 1.25 euros per graft and he is a master with micromotor.

Yes recovery time is obviously longer for lateral slit but I think it's better for dense hair transplants. Anyway you should check it out for yourself and see if it suits your needs. Just don't limit yourself to DHI. There are several options!

Look up for Dr. Serdar Gökrem as well. As far as i know he is a plastic surgeon and charges only 2 TL per graft which is pretty cheap considering you need only about 2000-2500 grafts.

Here one of his hairline work (by the way he does MANUEL fue which is a huge advantage for graft survival)

i read that doc. Demirsoy puts 30-40 grafts per cm2.. I do not think that is enough for high density.. i would like at least 50 grafts per cm2.

i saw some results of doc. serdar gokrem. but it seems that his work looks messy..
and also i would not like to shave entire  head before transplant

No offense but i think you have high expectations. If you can budget you should choose high class clinics or doctors Koray Erdoğan, Muttalip Keser, Erkan Demirsoy for high density and for clean work. Hakan Doğanay have some good result with limited areas but his results vary too much from patient to patient. If you cannot budget for them and if you do want to do your transplant with a doctor Serdar Görkem is a plastic surgeon with a fair price.

Personally if the question here is whether to choose Hakan Doğanay's current staff at AHD clinic or Esma&Serkan I would go (and infact i did) with Esma&Serkan. Yes they are not doctor and only Esma is a health care professional of some kind. But then again we dont even know who are the staff at AHD clinic who does the transplants and we have no result in anywhere.

I looked at results of Dr. Demirsoy.. He has ok price and nice results.. but I read that he puts only 30-40 grafts per cm2.. I do not know can I get high density with 30-40 grafts per cm2..
and also he shave entire hair before transplant.. I would not like that because I need transplant only in my hairline..
