i have been searching forum for a while it would be much appreciated if i could get some insight or a plan of action from some experts who has gone through the procedure...

i am planning for surgery in next couple of months
i have attached some photos circled area on crown is a fresh regrowth of hair as a result of derma roller and herbal home made oils

How can we help you ?  I think you want to strengthen your donor area, so you need to take a 6-month finasteride or dutasteride before and after the operation.

Would you recommend oral or topical finasteride?
Keep in mind i am the kind of person if i see someone's broken arm mine would hurt for no reason...

You never know if you have side effects or not until you use it.
Try the oral one for a while and see what happens.
